Project Manager
Minneapolis, MN / RegionalFull Time
Manage fiber optic and telecom infrastructure projects from bid through closeout. ISP and carrier experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage fiber network deployment projects including FTTP builds and MDU installations
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, material procurement, and client communication
- Review project designs and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Conduct site walks, safety inspections, and quality assurance reviews
- Prepare progress reports, as-builts, and closeout documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years project management experience in telecom or construction
- Strong understanding of fiber optic installation methods (aerial, underground, splicing)
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with ISP fiber builds or carrier network projects
- Familiarity with TIA, NESC, and NEC standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation
Salary $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience. Performance bonus potential, vehicle allowance, full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
